Lotus Biscoff Topping Sauce
Lotus Biscoff is now available as a 2.2lb squeezable topping sauce and is perfect for drizzling over your crepes, waffles, ice cream, and more! Lotus Biscuit Spread was the brainchild of culinary enthusiast Els Scheppers, who came up with the idea of creating a creamy, sweet spread with the unique taste of Lotus Biscoff biscuits in early 2007 in Belgium. With recipe in hand, Els entered and appeared on Belgian prime time TV show “De Bedenkers” (aka “The Inventors”) — competing against 2,000 other entrants.
A judging panel of food experts and TV personalities chose Els’s spread recipe as a competition finalist. Lotus Bakeries and Els Scheppers then worked together to perfect the recipe and the rest, as they say, is history!

Does it fountain? Yes it does! We tested the Lotus Topping Sauce using the Sephra Classic Home Fountain. 2 bottles were utilized, with no additional thinning agents, however we did warm the bottles and gave them a good shake prior to adding the sauce to the fountain. The Lotus Topping Sauce fountained beautifully, just make sure you have plates or napkins handy to catch the drips.
